While many people revel and take pride in their work as an airline pilot, it's important to be aware of other airline jobs that exist in the airline business. The field of aviation provides people with an array of jobs from which to learn and expand one's expertise in a given area.
Aside from being an aviator, people have the opportunity of partaking in other airline jobs that could prove to be a better fit for their own needs and strengths. For instance, a career as an airline customer service agent provides one with the skills and knowledge in order to assist the flying public with travel needs.
Professionals in this field are trained for arrivals, departures, and ticket/gate procedures. In addition, they must be aware of all of the security processes.
Other airline jobs exist in the area of aviation, one of them being the manager of internal evaluation. As a manager of internal evaluation, one is held responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efforts of the IEO auditors for the performance of evaluations and audit systems, operations, and facilities.
Ready yourself and take part in an experience that is as valuable as it is rewarding.
