How Your Percentage Profile is Calculated-January, 2011

Over the past few months we have been refining the way that your % profile is calculated. Your % profile defines where you feature on the company search results ladder. The higher your % profile the nearer the top you will be and hence, more chance of getting your profile viewed.

You can view your % profile by selecting the ‘Reports’ tab once you have logged in and then selecting ‘My profile report’

In order to assist you in achieving your highest possible percentage, here is how the calculation is broken down.

Each section is broken down and awarded a score that goes towards the total % for that section. The amount for each section is as follows.

An added note to the CV section. If you do not have airside access to any airport, select the ‘No airside access’ box. And if you do not require a Human factor course select ‘N/A’ You will then receive the points awarded to that section.

The calculation was previously calculated once every 24 hours but now we have changed this to update every hour so you can follow your progress faster.
