AviAMP does not advertise aviation jobs directly at the moment. But we email everyone with positions currently being searched on AviAMP.

The way the website works is that the aviation job seeker completes a profile by entering all the information that is relevant, using the keyword predictive text where possible, entering contact details to show when to be contacted, and also show an availabilit as detailed as required.

Our aviation job recuiters search our database using these keywords. When the keywords match with a job seeker, the results are displayed in a list to them.

Where the aviation job seeker appears on this list, depends on if the keywords entered math up with the aviation job recruiters keywords and also the percentage profile completed. The higher the aviation job seekers percentage completion, the nearer the top they will appear.

The aviation job recruiters can also see the availability of the aviation job recruiter before they choose to view a profile. Aviation job recruiters may only wish to contact aviation job seekers who are available.

The AviAMP concept has benefits for both aviation job seekers and aviation job recruiters.

Aviation Job Seekers

Aviation job seekers do not need to continually view aviation job sites and upload CV's for every aviation job they would like to apply for.

Once the aviation job seeker has completed their profile, all that is required is a quick change of availability and to update the experience section after evry promotion, change of company or new qulification gained.
